Illegal work can cost you your residence card, even if the employer made the mistake. We check your documents and contributions before the office or the Border Guard does.

Gross prices for individual customers. For businesses the same amounts are net prices + 23% VAT. Official fees, sworn translations and postage costs are paid separately.
What we check
- The basis of your work: a work permit, a declaration on entrusting work, or access to the labour market from a residence card.
- Whether the contract and working conditions match what is in the permit.
- Whether the employer pays ZUS contributions and whether you have health insurance.
- Whether the form of cooperation (for example "company partner" instead of a contract) does not endanger your stay.
What you get
- An assessment of whether your work is legal.
- A list of risks to your stay.
- A plan for moving to legal employment, if needed.
