Gross prices for individual customers. For businesses the same amounts are net prices + 23% VAT. Official fees, sworn translations and postage costs are paid separately.
We confirm the exact price after a short analysis of your case, before we start work.
What we do in the Standard package
- We check your situation and select the basis of stay, for example work, studies or family.
- We collect and verify the documents required by the Voivodeship Office.
- We complete the application in the MOS system with you and check the attachments before sending.
- We help you book an appointment at the office for fingerprinting.
- We track the status of your case and inform you of every letter from the office.
- We help with collecting the decision.
What the VIP package adds

- Power of attorney in administrative proceedings: we collect correspondence and reply to official requests on your behalf.

How it works
- You fill in the form or call - we reply within 24 hours.
- We analyse your situation and confirm the price.
- We sign the contract and collect the documents.
- We prepare the application in MOS with you, and you sign and send it.
- We handle the case until the decision and the collection of the card.
Important: from 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and EU long-term resident residence are submitted only electronically in the MOS system. The application is signed by the foreigner personally - with a trusted signature or a qualified electronic signature (for a child, the parent or guardian signs). We do not log in to your account and we do not sign the application for you.
The decision is issued by the Voivode, so we cannot guarantee it. We do not represent clients in court.
Frequently asked questions
Are official fees included in the price?
No. You pay the stamp duty for the application and the fee for issuing the card separately. We give their current amount during the analysis of your case.
Can my family submit applications together with me?
Yes. When a spouse or child applies together with you, their case costs 70% and 50% of the price of your package respectively.
Do I have to come to Radom?
No. We handle cases remotely across Poland. You appear in person only where the office requires it, for example for fingerprinting and collecting the card.
