What we do
- We prepare and submit declarations on entrusting work to a foreigner.
- We prepare applications for a work permit and collect the attachments.
- We file notifications on entrusting work to Ukrainian citizens.
- We help workers with residence matters, for example the residence card.
- We keep a register of deadlines and remind you of the next steps.
From 1 December 2025, the declaration on entrusting work applies to citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. For other countries a work permit is usually needed. We will send you the template agreement before the service begins.
The service covers your employees' data, which we process on your behalf. Before work begins, we conclude a personal data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Are official fees included in the price?
No. The employer pays the fees for applications and declarations separately.
