Changes in the law 2025-2026

In 2025-2026 important rules on the residence and work of foreigners in Poland changed. The new provisions entered into force on different dates, so it is easy to lose track of which already apply. This part of the website collects the most important changes with dates: what changed, since when and whom it concerns.
