Before you hire a foreigner, we check their basis of stay and access to the labour market and tell you what you must do before the first day of work.

What we check
- The candidate's residence document and its validity.
- Whether the candidate can work for you straight away or a new document is needed.
- Which notifications and documents you must prepare as the employer.
The service covers your employees' data, which we process on your behalf. Before work begins, we conclude a personal data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). We will send you the template agreement before the service begins.
